How to Prevent and Treat Acne Scars

Acne sufferers face more than one concern. There is of course the constant nuisance of the acne itself. There is also the anxiety caused by the acne scars and lesions which will render the skin an aesthetic disaster. The reason for this is that most people believe that acne is a temporary situation whereas you are stuck with acne scars for the rest of your life. Undoubtedly there are numerous acne scar treatments in the market today which work quite well. But the downside is there are some types of acne whose scars cannot be eliminated because they run too deep. Therefore you must ensure that no scars form in the first place because you wouldn't want to take on the emotional and financial burden of dealing with permanent scars. What we will be discussing here are the many forms of acne scars which exist, the ways to treat them and last but not least, how to prevent them by tackling the internal causes of the condition. Types of Acne Scars, their causes and their diagnosis Studies show that severe acne which develops in the deeper layers of the dermis, causing nodules and cysts to form, is what mostly causes acne scars. There are other causes also like infection, cystic acne which works its way deep into the dermis and an overgrowth of skin tissues. Squeezing or popping acne can also cause scars. It has been seen that, no matter what type of acne they have contracted, some people are more prone to get scarred than others. And occasions arise where the body itself makes a mess of its wound healing process: whether in the process of formation of new capillaries or by improper collagen deposit or in its response to the swelling or anabolic and catabolic phases; errors in any of these healing equations could lead to scarring. Whatever may be the causes, to avert the possibility of permanent scarring, start treating your acne scars as soon as you can. Acne scars can be of two varieties: those which come about because of skin tissue loss and those which form because of an increase in skin tissue formation. Formation of scars because of skin tissue increase The acne scars which form because of increased skin tissue are usually Keloids scars. Keloids scars, which tend to strike people with dark complexions, emerge when excessive collagen is produced by cells during the healing process. These scars tend to be irregularly shaped and firm and are usually smooth. Acne scars which emerge due to skin tissue loss: Acne spots: a discoloration of the skin to brown or red characterizes these acne scars. Acne spots usually fade away with time or with the help of topical scar treatments. Similarly, post inflammatory hyper pigmentation, which often follows acne breakouts, fades away naturally, but to quicken the process you should try MSM. Ice-pick lesions: the name says it all. Such acne scars resemble ice on which repeated cuts have been made with an ice pick. They usually appear on the cheeks. The scars can be either deep or superficial and are more difficult to get rid of than discoloration scars. Depressed fibrotic scarring: deep nodules leave behind this type of acne scars. They are white and rigid and are characterized by sharp margins and steep sides. Atrophic scar macules: Acne scars of this type are small and white and are generally soft and distensible. Boxcar scars, characterized by vertical edges and round indentations and rolling acne scars which are the result of the surface of the skin getting stuck to the subcutaneous layer are other types of acne scars. Acne Scars and their treatments Mostly, acne scars fade away slowly, as do Post inflammatory pigmentations but there are some which resist removal. The only way to smoothen them away is through topical treatment or surgical cosmetic intervention. Each acne scar needs to be tackled in its special way. There are also scars which require to be treated through a combination of several eradication methods. Very many treatments exist for getting rid of scars and these include: pulsed laser technology, dermabrasion, chemical peels, laser resurfacing, punch techniques, collagen injections and creams. Collagen injection is a method whereby collagen or fat is injected under the skin. This method is mostly suitable for soft scars, whether they are deep or shallow. However, it has to be kept in mind that this is a short term solution and these injections have to be administered every 6 months. Moreover, collagen injections produce some unpleasant side effects and allergic reactions may also develop. Microdermabrasion is a scar treatment in which tiny particles are passed through a vacuum tool. The intention is to scrape the external top layer of the skin. The method stimulates and enhances the growth of new cells but is only effective in cases of mild scarring. Laser resurfacing is a method by which the skin layer is flattened and resurfaced with the help of laser. This is done so that scars become more even with the surface of the skin and are therefore less noticeable. It has been found that newly formed acne scars respond better to laser treatment than do the old ones. However, this process can cause disagreeable side effects such as infection and an unusual reddening of the skin. At times, it can even aggravate the scars. Punch grafting is a technique which involves the slicing of the acne scar right down to the layer of fat and then stitching it up by using a small skin graft. Different types of scars have to be treated differently. Let us tell you about the recommended treatments in respect of the various types of acne scars. Alpha lipoic acid acne cream and MSM are excellent for use on post hyper pigmentation marks. Laser resurfacing or dermabrasion are the recommended treatments for ice pick scars. However, these scars do not respond positively to Collagen injections which should only be used on flat or thin scars. The Keloids acne scars can be smoothened with steroid injections, crytotherapy, silicone gel dressing and with pulsed laser treatment combined with carbon dioxide laser vaporization (where there is not too much thickness or too much redness on the keloid scars). Acne Scar prevention In the final analysis of course, the cheapest and best way of getting out of the nuisance factor of dealing with acne scars is to rid yourself of the acne condition. And the only sure and permanent way of curing your acne is by putting in place methods which would redress the internal cause of your acne. Conventional medications, topical or over the counter acne treatments or steroids really don't help. When you are able to correct the deep rooted internal factors that really are the cause of your acne formation, you will automatically be free of any acne scarring and also free of the never ending expenses that you incur in taking treatment for its removal. You must understand that although acne develops on the surface of the skin, as do the scars that appear as a result of the acne, acne is not a skin problem. It forms because of flaws in your internal balance deep inside. Acne and consequently acne scarring are both caused by problems which are wholly internal. You yourself can do away with the acne scars and do this even before they form by going to the root of the problem deep inside you. This way you will stop the very process of acne formation and be able to live your life free of acne and consequently, of acne scars as well. It will give an impetus to your existence as you will not be burdened by the emotional load of having to carry disfiguring scars on your face. Acne Cures: Remedies and Treatment Methods to Relieve Acne

Acne affects people of every age, gender, and race. It usually strikes in plainly visible locations such as the face, neck, chest and back. Acne can be caused by a number of factors such as contact with an oily substance, use of certain medication, steroids, or the secretion of certain hormones. Over ninety percent of acne patients respond to treatment, although the treatment may need to be continued for months or even years. Here are a few natural remedies that you can use to cure acne. What Causes Acne? As mentioned above, acne can be caused by a number of factors. Common causes of acne include contact with an oily substance such as mineral oil, vegetable oil, or petroleum and the use of certain medication such as steroids or the contraceptive pill. However, acne is most often caused by the secretion of androgens, or sex hormones that are initially secreted at the onset of puberty. Androgens are male hormones but they are secreted by females as well. They stimulate the production of oil from the skin's oil glands. When these oil glands become overactive and the exit from the gland is blocked, oil builds up in the gland and they begin to swell. This is how acne forms. A bacteria called Propionibacterium acnes normally colonizes this swollen gland causing the development of inflammation and pus. In particularly severe cases, the glands may burst into the skin and produce cysts. Recently health practitioners are associating acne with a fungus on the face. A clogged colon can also contribute to acne. We recommend using a colon cleanser like Oxy-Powder to keep the bowel clean. How Can I Cure Acne? Home Remedies: A non-oily face wash that contains tea tree oil or echinacea can help to reduce the incidence of acne breakouts. Wash your face twice a day in the morning and evenings and rinse thoroughly with warm purified water. Avoid oily and chemically ridden cosmetics or any facial products that contain socetyl stearate, isopropyl isostearate, isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, and sodium chloride, parabens as these ingredients can cause acne. Give dry skin extra care, being sure to wash and rinse your face thoroughly and using products especially made for dry skin. Natural astringent cleansers work to remove the oil buildup that may become blocked in the skin's glands. These products may cause dryness, itching, and redness, so be sure to use them only on problem areas. Oxy-Skin™ is also a very effective natural remedy for the elimination of acne. Herbal Remedies: Herbs such as chamomile, lavender, juniper, bergamot, dandelion root, and burdock root can be used to reduce toxicity and improve the overall condition of the skin. Echinacea and poke root are often used for their anti-inflammatory properties and red clover may be beneficial for its estrogenic action. Witch hazel has excellent astringent properties and may be very effective on acne. Here are a few natural herbal recipes to cure acne. Combine ground ginger with milk and apply to the affected area. Make a paste of honey and cinnamon and apply to the affected area at night. In the morning, wash this paste with warm water. Continue for one-two weeks. Mix lemon juice with cinnamon and apply to acne Mix ground orange peel with water to form a paste and apply to the affected spots. Wash with warm water after twenty to thirty minutes. Rub fresh garlic on acne at frequent intervals to acne. Use the juice of raw papaya to relieve swelling acne. Make a paste of salt and vinegar and wash off after twenty to thirty minutes. Rub fresh mint juice over acne. Make a paste of turmeric and vinegar and apply to acne. Rinse with lukewarm water after twenty to thirty minutes. Drink wheat grass juice to prevent and cure acne. Apply a poultice of ground sesame seeds and water on acne to reduce inflammation. Complementary Treatment Acupuncture: Stagnant of Chi in the channels of the face is said to be the cause of acne. Acupuncture performed on these points of the face may help relieve acne. Homeopathy: For patients with pustules and blind boils, especially on the face, neck, and back, may be helped by Kali brom. Selenium is often used for acne sufferers with oily skin, blackheads, and pustules. Conventional Treatment- These treatmens we do not recommend. Medication: Conventional acne medications may be topical- applied directly to the skin- or they may be systemic- taken internally. Medications include benzoyl peroxide, retinoic acid, steroids, antibiotics, oral contraceptives, and isotretinoin (Accutane.) Therapeutic Injections: In severe cases of acne where cysts form and scars have developed, doctors have had some success with injecting steroids directly into the cyst to resolve the cysts and diminish the appearance of scars. Surgery: In moderate to severe cases of acne, doctors may use surgery to open up the blemishes and remove blackheads and whiteheads. Unlike medication treatments, the effects of acne surgery are usually more immediate. For more information on acne remedies go to http://www.acne-answers.org. How a 25 year old Asian Man Stumbled Upon a Sweet and Delicious Cure For Acne That Works Fast And Permanently!

When dealing with acne, we somehow have the gut feeling that our diets do affect us. Well, you're absolutely correct! It’s a proven fact because the toxic substances contained in certain food will cause your liver and kidney to overwork. Thus the skin, being a natural waste disposal organ will take over some of the tasks, and end up contaminated with the toxin which you chowed down so heartily at the diner’s just hours ago. I recently discovered a natural cure for acne when I was holding a potluck in my house a little while ago. As everyone needed to contribute some food or beverage in a potluck, I opted to provide the drinks and some other light snacks. Little did I know that the drink I concocted will give me a surprise when I woke up the next day and looked into the mirror. Needless to say I was an instant believer in my own accidental discovery! Here are the secret ingredients: First ingredient: Apple – Make the apple juice and add some of the pulp into the juice for some texture. Grind the seed to fine powdery texture and mix a bit of the apple seed into the juice, not too much, but just a little. It may create a powdery texture but it’s beneficial as it can effectively clean your colon. Apple contains lots of pectin, which is helpful in maintaining a good digestive system. Pectin also acts as an antioxidant which protects certain skin related diseases like acne. A dirty colon will keep toxic substances locked in your body, which will eventually flare up on our skin. So a clean colon is essential in keeping our skin healthy and clear. Second ingredient: Pineapple - The enzymes found in the pineapple will fight free-radical damage and also cleanse the skin by dissolving blackheads and dead cells from the skin’s surface. Thus also unclogs the skin and prevents buildup of acne and pimples. Generally, pineapples heal the skin. Third Ingredient: Cucumber – Cucumbers are hydrating, nourishing and they possess astringent properties. Cucumbers have the same pH level as the skin, thus they aid to restore the skin’s protective and natural acid mantle. Constant ingestion will cool our body system and serve to sooth and smooth our skin. Having a cool body system will reduce the risks of getting acne and other pimples related breakouts. By mixing the juices of these three natural fruits and vegetables together in equal portions, one will have a natural and healthy cleanser which will maintain body balance and clear up our acne with consistent intake. Our skin is the barometer of our health and therefore, good skin is a sign of a good health, particularly our digestive system. Acne patients often have poor digestive systems and may get constipation from time to time. With daily consumption of this concoction for at least three weeks, anyone and I mean ANYONE will be able to see the beneficial effect promised in this article! GUARANTEED! No, I don’t sell fruits. Acne Natural Cure - Easy and Effective Ways to Stop Acne

Have you ever wondered what people used to treat acne before all cleansers and antibiotics appeared on the market? With so many acne medications available online and from a local supermarket, many people don’t even think of acne natural cure. However, most commercial cleansers are harsh on your face, not to mention that trying several of them to find the right one for you would cost a fortune. You would be surprised how many products from an average person kitchen can serve as effective natural acne cure. There are many natural acne remedies; the only trick is to find one that would work for your skin type. Unfortunately, here you will have to experiment and see what works and what doesn’t. We offer you several recipes of acne home treatment . Try them and see which will help to clear your skin. Natural acne remedies to clean your skin A wash of milk with lime is a great treatment for blackheads. First bring a glass of milk to a gentle boil, and then add juice from half a lime. When the milk cools down it makes a great face wash. You can store it in the fridge for a couple days. A raw potato is cheap and brilliant acne natural cure, especially for whiteheads. The vitamin C makes your skin glow, and alkaline in the potato kills the bacteria on your face. The potato also has an exfoliating effect helping you to get rid of dead skin cells. Papaya fruit produces similar effect; you should also use it raw. Natural moisturizers for skin with acne problem Remember, that even the most gentle and natural products to clean your face leave your skin a bit dry, so it needs a moisturizer. Almond oil is an excellent way to re-hydrate skin after using an acne natural cleanser. Grind 7-8 almond nuts (not fried of course) with a little bit of water. Spread the paste on your face and let it stay for a few minutes. Then gently wash it off with water. Another good natural moisturizer is buttermilk or low fat, non flavored yogurt. One important thing to remember about all natural acne remedies as well as all natural skin care products is that since you don’t use any preservatives, you will have to store them in a fridge. It is also best to use it within 2-3 days, otherwise the product starts spoiling and you can infect your skin and make acne problem even worth. Some people think that acne is related to your diet. Pizza, chocolate and other foods with a lot of oil are blamed, but in fact there is no evidence that foods cause acne or make them worse. However, adding fresh fruit to your diet seems to help many people to clrear their faces. Possible reason is vatamins and minirals that fresh fruit contains. So keep that in mind, and next time you feel like a snask have an apple not a cooki. Of course you can’t expect to get rid of your acne in a few days, natural cure always takes a little time to work. But if you are persistent, you will get blemish free skin and will not experience any dangerous side effects that commercial acne medicine has. Extreme Methods To Cure Bad Acne

The most common methods to get rid of acne are to use lotions and astringents, to wash correctly and lastly to eat properly.. Well for those (like I was) these simple methods may not be at all good enough to treat your acne problems. If your acne problems are very severe then you may need to consult with a dermatologist to try these for more invasive and advanced acne treatments. The most popular and effective treatments for this severe acne are chemical peels, drainage, and light therapy A Dermatologist can analyze your skin, your prior acne treatment methods and can try other methods to help clear acne. These treatments can not be done at home and need to be performed by a dermatologist. Trying these at home can lead to infection, worsening of the acne and scarring. Chemical Peels - This is the only treatment that you can do without the help of a dermatologist but instead can go to a spa or other beauty type place. Light chemical peels of glycolic acid and other chemical agents are used to loosen blackheads and decrease acne papules. The great side effect of a chemical peel is that it will give your face a nice clean and fresh look. Never do chemical peels at home as it can burn your skin veery badly if done incorrectly. Drainage and Surgical Extraction - Do not get turned off by the terminology, this type of "surgery" is simple, effective and done in a dentists office. When large cysts do not respond to medication they may require drainage. Drainage and extraction, which is also called "acne surgery" is simply a method to get the pus and infection out by injecting and then allowing the acne to drain itself. This will reduce the pain associated with your cysts and it will stop the possibility of scarring. Phototherapy - I am not sure how well this worked for me but I used a suntan type booth years back that was supposed to help my skin. This is like using a suntan bed and many people like using this as it gives you a chance to get some color. Several laser and light treatments are available to treat acne. Some of these laser and light treatments target only one factor that causes acne, that is the acne bacteria itself.. Advantages to laser and light treatments include not having to remember to apply or take any medication and the ability to treat hard-to-reach areas, such as the back. However, laser and light treatments can be quite expensive, and I am not sure how I feel about the effectiveness when I used it. Scarring is another reason to use light therapy. Over the last several years lasers have become a great way to treat acne scars. These methods are vert invasive and sometimes are a little more than you may need. Some people can easily get away with some advanced methods for example orally taking antibiotics like tetracycline and even Accutane. Acne Cures: Is there a Natural Acne Cure that Works?

Are there natural acne cures that work or is it a new age myth? Is there a permanent cure for acne or are all acne sufferers sentenced to the Sisyphean battle of tackling the ‘on the surface’ symptoms? Is there an honest, natural and safer alternative to the endless use of over the counters and to the nasty side effects inflicted by conventional drugs, creams and topical acne treatments? Most dermatologists and other western medicine followers have already answered that controversial question by claiming that acne, among other diseases simply cannot be cured. There are 2 reasons for that: 1. Most dermatologists don't even know what the real cause of acne is. It's amazing but true. They are highly familiar with the symptoms of acne and they specialize in tackling the 'on the surface' symptoms, but unfortunately they cannot tell you what the internal conditions are that cause your acne to form in the first place. If you don't believe me just ask your dermatologist. 2. Most doctors work in conjunction with the pharmaceutical and drug companies and the latter is not motivated, so to speak, at discovering a cure for Acne or Aids or Cancer - simply because hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent on finding treatments for the symptoms of diseases. Why? simply because their global aim is to make more profit by creating consumer dependency. By applying medications and creams that deal merely with the symptoms while ignoring the source or the internal cause of the disease, acne will never be cured. The average acne sufferer will become more and more reliant on drugs that temporarily calm the symptoms and that means steady income for the drug and pharmaceutical companies. There's a lovely metaphor describing acne among other chronic diseases and the way modern medicine deals with these afflictions: If you manage to kill all the mosquitoes around a stale pond using chemicals, for a little while there will be no mosquitoes. But since the source of the problem (what causes the mosquitoes to appear) is still there – the stale, disgusting pond where mosquitoes can find food and fertile ground for laying their eggs – mosquitoes will always come back! The same thing happens with your acne! Without eliminating the source of your acne condition, you will never get rid of your acne. Without fixing the internal problem that is causing your acne, you may find temporary relief, but your acne will always come back until you do something fundamental to eradicate the cause from within...until you make the pond (your body or internal system) a place where ‘mosquitoes’ cannot exist. Ultimately, every disease results from a breakdown within your body. All major diseases and chronic conditions are warning signs of something very fundamentally wrong inside. Deepak Chopra refers to this as "The violation of simple laws of nature that make our body function." The very surprising truth is that you are lucky for having acne. Let me explain...Acne, like constant headaches, irritable bowel syndrome or dandruffs is only a small message from your body that something is wrong internally and should be addressed and corrected. Now, there are two choices you can make - you can: 1. Ignore that message - big mistake! The internal imbalance that caused your acne will, in most cases, turn into a chronic condition. Now instead of just having acne you'll start having other hormonal imbalance or toxic overload related symptoms in addition to acne. Because the internal problem is not fixed, the disease symptoms get more and more intense. 2. Listen to your body and start fixing the internal problem that causes your acne to appear in the first place; you will not only get rid of your acne you will also achieve beautiful, healthy, even toned clear skin complexion, re-balance your body and prevent future hormonal or toxic overload related conditions. The simple truth is...you are out of balance. We now live a 'far-from-natural' lifestyle. There are over 300 synthetic industrial chemicals present in our bodies that did not exist 50 years ago. We are filled with toxins from the food, and medication we ingest and use. By fixing the internal condition that causes your acne in addition to adopting a healthy lifestyle (healthy diet & mindset, cleanse & detoxify, hormonal balancing etc.) you will put your body back into balance – holistically - your acne will cease to exist and you feel as healthy and attractive as ever! It doesn't matter what type of acne you have. Whether you suffer from: acne vulgaris, acne Conglobata, acne Rosacea, Acne Fulminans, Blackheads, Whiteheads, Papules, Pustules, Nodules or Cysts: The principles required to cure your acne are basically the same. The "holistic" ways of treating people have been around for thousands of years, and they absolutely work whether you have teen or adult acne; whether you suffer from acne on your back, shoulders or chest or if you suffer from female related acne such as menopause acne or acne due to monthly cycles. Whatever your acne condition is, when you finally decide to stop making the same acne treatment mistakes that have been holding you back and begin applying the holistic approach to curing acne, you can literally choose to become clear and stay clear. You will have the power to make it happen. Natural Acne Cures: A Gentler Alternative

You can find a large list of home acne remedies on the internet. You can also find a wide variety of over the counter acne treatments. However, the best way to control your acne is to maintain a regular skin care routine. You can boost your daily cleansing routine by making certain lifestyle changes, but if you have severe forms of acne then the first thing you need to do is talk to your doctor so that he or she can help you determine what acne treatment to follow. Keep in mind that untreated acne can lead to extensive scarring. Cures for Acne: The Natural Approach Many people underestimate natural remedies because they consider them ineffective. But, you must remember that our present acne treatments are based on natural home remedies. So, take a chance and try them out because you may be pleasantly surprise. Aloe Vera This plant could be deemed the "cure-all" for any type of skin condition. In the case of acne, it contains anti-bacterial properties that help fight off acne bacteria and anti-inflammatory components that help reduce the swelling and itching that may accompany acne breakouts. Honey Honey is a great product that can be used for any type of skin treatment, even for acne problems. This product not only has potent antibacterial properties that can help disinfect the skin, but it is also very soothing and can be used as a biological acne cure (http://www.bioacnecure.com/) to treat dry and sensitive skin. Tea Tree Oil This product is very effective for treating acne because it contains bacteria fighting substances that can help eradicate or weaken acne bacteria. It has very little side effects, but you should dilute it when you first use it. A Regular Cleansing Routine is The Best Acne Remedy You may be asking yourself what a cleansing routine has to do with finding an acne cure (http://www.bioacnecure.com/), and the truth is, nothing. However, it can help you control all of the factors that lead up to acne lesions such as excess sebum, dirt, and dead skin cells. This is possible because a regular cleansing routine can help get rid of acne bacteria while also helping keep your skin functioning properly. Your daily cleansing routine should consist of three basic steps: cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. Use products that are both oil-free and alcohol-free while exfoliating at least once every week. You can also minimize your chances of getting acne by taking these tips into consideration: *Cleanse no more than twice a day. Overwashing your skin can lead to an increase in sebum production which can promote the appearance of acne. *Wash your hair frequently to keep the oil on your hair from transferring excess oil to your face and clogging your pores. *Wash your bedding frequently to remove any oil or bacteria that can be re-transferred to your face. *If possible, don't wear makeup. Makeup has been known to clog pores; therefore, by not wearing makeup you will be reducing your risk of developing clogged pores and acne. *Leave your pimples alone. Picking at them will increase the chances of acne bacteria entering your skin. About The Author Ignoring your acne problem will only make your acne worse (http://www.bioacnecure.com/worse/). Natural Acne Cure - The Simple Equation to Acne-Free Skin

When it comes to the treatment of acne in the Western world, doctors seem to look no more than 'skin deep'. They prescribe you drugs and topical creams but the acne symptoms reappear. Why? Because the problem comes from deep within your body. Unless the problem is dealt with internally your acne will never be cured. There are ways to naturally cure your acne with out ever having to use prescription drugs and topical creams that only temporarily reduce the symptoms. However, before you discover the natural acne cure you need to know the cause. So what causes the formation of acne? The three internal factors combined create an environment where acne can occur: 1. Hormone Irregularities 2. Toxic Buildup 3. Genetic Tendencies In order for you to have acne you must have a combination of hormone irregularities and toxic buildup in your system. However, these two factors together are not enough to cause acne. You must also be prone to certain genetic tendencies. Hormone Irregularities Hormone irregularities are one of the primary factors in the acne equation. Hormones stimulate your oil glands to produce sebum to moisturise your skin naturally. The over-production of hormones or excessive amounts of used hormones that are not properly expelled from your body cause over-stimulation of the oil glands resulting in oily skin. This situation is commonly known to happen in puberty when the body produces more androgens - the hormone responsible for stimulating more oil production. Also, while you are in the early months of pregnancy, increased progesterone levels will result in an increase in production of oil which can lead to acne. It is also common for acne to disappear after the first three months of pregnancy. Hormone irregularities are a key player in the formation of acne, however this factor alone, will not cause acne. Toxic Buildup Toxic buildup is another key influencer in the acne equation and is similar to hormone irregularities in the sense that it alone cannot create acne. If these two factors combine however, the recipe for acne formation is unleashed but there is still one missing link. The combination of both hormone irregularities and toxic buildup can lead to the formation of acne only if a certain genetic tendency is involved (more on that later). Toxic buildup in your bowels, blood and liver can occur if your main organs of elimination (intestines, liver and kidneys) are not able to deal with the extreme quantities of toxic waste, either because they are blocked or are overloaded with toxins themselves. Therefore, they are unable to properly filter and eliminate the toxins via the conventional primary passages of elimination—your bowels and kidneys. When this happens, toxins are released through your lungs and skin. Genetic Tendencies The final and most important factor in the acne equation is genetic tendencies. Unfortunately this factor is uncontrollable. For an individual, the presence or non-presence of this factor will determine whether or not they will be affected by acne. However, they will only be affected by acne if they possess the other two factors - hormone irregularities and toxic buildup. So what are genetic tendencies? Genetic tendencies can be described as the final piece of the puzzle that determines whether or not people will be affected by acne. They are simply individual tendencies of the body that react in a certain way that is not common to everyone. The genetic difference between acne sufferers and non-sufferers is that acne sufferers seem to have sensitive oil glands that are affected even by the slightest increase in androgen levels. Although genetic tendencies are unfortunately uncontrollable, the good news is the other two factors are completely controllable. If you can keep your hormones in balance and your body free of toxins you will become acne free. It is only the combination of the three factors: hormone irregularities, toxic buildup and genetic tendencies that cause acne. So what is the best way to keep the controllable factors under control? You do this by fortifying your body with energy, purifying your system from toxins, balancing your hormones and strengthening the organs of elimination. Controlling these factors is essentially the key to the natural acne cure. If you do this you will never be prone to acne no matter how genetically predisposed you are. It may sound difficult but clearing your body of hormone irregularities and toxic buildup can be easily done following the right health plan without any prescription medications or topical creams.
